Key Responsibilities


Developing and managing maintenance schedules: Creating and maintaining schedules for routine maintenance, shutdowns, and turnarounds. Coordinating with operations and maintenance teams: Ensuring that maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules and requirements. Planning and scheduling maintenance activities: Identifying maintenance needs, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources. Managing work orders: Creating, assigning, and tracking work orders for maintenance activities. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards: Verifying that maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Analyzing maintenance data: Reviewing maintenance history, identifying trends, and optimizing maintenance schedules. Collaborating with other departments: Working with departments such as operations, procurement, and inventory management to ensure smooth maintenance execution.

Minimize downtime: Ensure that maintenance activities are planned and executed to minimize impact on production.
