Our client is a leading chemical & polymer manufacturing company located at the west of singapore.

JOB PURPOSE
The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing a Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan including Turn Around (TA) activities with SAP module for polymer plant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile, review and revise SOP, OJT, SRA, Troubleshooting Know-How and other training materials when needed.
  • Execute, monitor and document the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities including TA with SAP to improve the reliability of equipment, safety and productivity of polymer plant.
  • Support Mechanical and/or Electrical Team in service and repair works when necessary.
  • Overall In-Charge scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment with utilizing SAP system. Assist preventive and predictive maintenance if require.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair equipment, redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance.
  • Monitor and keep track on equipment status and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure Reliability Index Tasks execution and completion.
  • keep track and replenish of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part and inventory control.
  • Manage reliability document.
  • Involve in improvement projects implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors on scope of work.
  • Participate in, compile and share Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
  • Coordinate OJT in the team. Conduct on-the-job training and assessment for new technicians and complete all required certification forms as and when required by the company.
  • Identify opportunity and drive continuous improvements in cost saving, quality and yield.
  • Delegate Daily Work Orders/assignments during the absent of the engineer or superior.
  • Establish a Bill of Materials of equipment for polymer plant according to design.
  • Create part MDRM and Lead to develop spare part inventory system with SAP module for polymer plant.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum diploma from a relevant discipline, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument.
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in chemical plant or process manufacturing industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent skill of maintenance activity planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical and instrument and mechanical.
  • Strong knowledge about engineering disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical plant process.
  • Strong safety knowledge of chemical plant.
  • Good knowledge of hot oil system, steam system.
  • Basic knowledge of DCS, PLC and SCADA.
