Job Description
Position – Maintenance Specialist
Overview:
Maintenance Specialist II will oversee the maintenance of factories’ facilities. Facilities includes buildings, air con, pressure vessels, lifting equipment, waste disposal etc. He/She will also be taking charge of spare parts inventory making sure all spare parts are purchased, arranged, and updated in CMMS system.
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with contractor and coordinates for contract servicing, breakdown maintenance waste disposal and modification- Manage of lifting equipment and pressure vessels inspection according to MOM requirements
- Liaise with government sectors personnel for utilities issues
- Utilities consumption monitoring and prepare monthly sustainability report
- Manage maintenance spare part inventory
- Raise purchase request for spare parts
Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of working experience and Fresh/Entry level welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Basic computer skills
- Able to speak read, write in English
- Able to communicate well with others
- Able to write and send basic email
- Working hours Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1730
