Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians. Maintain and supervise all machine and equipment. Assist Production Supervisor or planner on any related production activities and/or improve productivity. Coordinate daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance activities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Inspect facilities and equipment to identify necessary repairs. Assign tasks, provide guidance and train new technicians. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance work. Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

A diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese with our Chinese staff. Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
