Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate all household maintenance services according to a set timetable.
Supervise contractors during servicing and inspect completed work.
Conduct
daily inspections
of the house, garden, and swimming pool, ensuring they are kept clean, safe, and presentable.
Prepare weekly maintenance reports, highlighting issues and proposing solutions.
Monitor maintenance expenses and track them against the approved budget.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in facilities management or property maintenance.
Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and proactive in problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong service mindset.
High level of integrity and accountability.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary
: SGD 4,000 - 5,500 (commensurate with experience).
Work week
: 5 days, including weekends (weekday rest days provided).
