Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute all aspects of maintenance of the plant, equipment, and machineries
• Plan and take charge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist in planning and preparation of maintenance budget.
• Control and ensure costs of repair and maintenance are within budget.
• Diagnose and trouble-shoot faults and breakdowns.
• Supervise repair and maintenance jobs to ensure work quality, cost control and timely completion repairs.
• Carefully read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly.
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and spares.
• Independent and able to negotiate, source and procure spare parts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
• Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
• Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
• Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
• Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
  

• Secondary Education or relevant preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
• Education not much required, But Preferred electrical experience in Singapore.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts,
• Willing to work weekend and public holiday when required.
