Responsibilities:- Service and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables are working. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, and systems- Lead a Team of Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance and support - Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime- Oversee equipment installations and ensure proper functioning

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions

- Observe and Report any Unusual Signs, Sound Pressure / Temperature Or Any Equipment which is likely to lead to malfunction- Maintain Accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections every weekly with failed. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and parts- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the team Requirements:- Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, facilities management)- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role for 3-5 years- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve Technical Issues with Min Supervision- Excellent team leadership and communication abilities- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques- Experience in equipment installation and maintenance- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure- Must be based in Singapore, North EastNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
