Maintenance Support Engineer
Job Description
Job: Maintain, upgrade and configure Optics and IP transmission system Manage and coordinate between customers and OEM for fault resolutions Perform incident management & escalation of incident to OEM, when necessary Perform fault and problem analysis and implement solutions Perform system backup and recovery Perform routine preventive maintenance and adhoc report generationRequirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant experience in Optics and IP transmission system Preferably working in telco industry Technical knowledge in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Optics and IP system Class 3 Driving License preferred 2 years agency contract Office location: 24 Ang Mo Kio St 65 Office hours: (Mon-Fri) 0830 to 1800We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Shortlisted candidate will be placed on agency contract employment.
