WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Provide maintenance and engineering support in the shopping mall Ensure that the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level Ensure that the M&E systems and Civil aspects of the building are maintained in accordance to SOPs and contractual terms Ensure service assistance is rendered to tenants timely Carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems and plumbing in the building. Carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works. Attend to building and tenants' defects and breakdowns as requested. Write daily reports and reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences. Perform trouble shooting and equipment failure check during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair.
