Job Functions & Summary:

Assist the maintenance team in carrying preventive and breakdown maintenance for facility maintenance services.

Job Roles & Responsibilities (1) Handle daily rectification and repair work in the facility such as leak, choke, lightings issue, air condition, Audio Visual and sound system, kitchen equipment, painting, etc. (2) Respond to service call form other department personnel relating to maintenance issue to ensure prompt action and trouble shoot breakdowns and defects. (3) Work closely with contractors to manage day to day operations. (4) Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate with appropriate safety measures. (5) Understand and abide to risk assessments. (6) Maintain and ensure minimum supplies of technical equipment for prompt service delivery at all times. (7) Keeping a record of all the day to day maintenance and service activities taken in the facility. (8) Respond to all fire safety and emergency situations. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
