- Routine inspection of general facilities and hands-on troubleshooting/ part replacement for general facilities/ plumber.
- Maintain Preventive Maintenance Schedule and perform Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Assist and support for in-house and vendor calibration of measuring equipment.
- Perform the checking and repairing of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor the stock level of maintenance items, and review critical items to be kept as spare.
- New production equipment and machinery setup, installation and inspection before commissioning.
- Assist in the review and implementation of safety features for the machines.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
- Nitec / Diploma in Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechatronic and welding experiences will be an added advantage.
- Capable of handling small/medium voltage e.g. DC/AC up to 415V and heavy-duty equipment.
- Basic proficiency in circuitry understanding and simulation through the logical controller.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, under stress and in a harsh environment.
