Purpose & Scope Execute the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of all Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Equipment in a timely and safe manner at Banyan CCP3 & BWWT. Key Roles & Responsibilities Purpose & Scope Execute the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of all Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Equipment in a timely and safe manner at Banyan CCP3 & BWWT. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1) Able to perform corrective Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance for all equipment located in Banyan CCP3 and BWWT as assigned by I&C Engineer / Supervisor 2) Carry out inspections as per daily maintenance schedule attend defects, breakdowns, including the repairing and calibration of Instrumentation and Controls Equipment 3) Conduct disassembling and assembling of Instrumentation and Controls Equipment and of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator, HRSG, BOP and BWWT for repairs/rehabilitation 4) Perform hands on maintenance and troubleshooting experience of ALSPA DCS control system, Field Instruments such as transmitters & gauges, electronic cards etc. 5) Assist the Maintenance I&C Engineers to troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure 6) Assist the Maintenance I&C Engineers to develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant 7) Apply for Permit to Work (PTW) as the Competent Person (CP) for every Maintenance work in the plant. 8) Supervise contractors and liaise with other maintenance crafts and operations technicians to execute maintenance activities 9) Withdraw and prepare spares from warehouse for job execution. 10) Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations) 11) Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided) Qualifications & Experience 1) ITE certificate or diploma in relevant engineering discipline 2) No experience required 3) Prior work experience (3 years or more) in Maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry would be preferred Preferred Skills & Characteristics 1) Safety conscious 2) Able to work independently 3) Ability to work in a team 4) Communication skills in giving feedback and reporting to Engineers 5) Basic PC skills like Excel & Words
