Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic network troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Maintain and amend sorting plans for sorting machines
  • Mail data analysis and visualisation
  • Conduct label learning for inbound (international and domestic parcel)
  • Assist in investigation and optimisation for sortation machine clarification and reject findings
  • To conduct health checks and reporting for all systems and servers in MIS Server rooms.
  • Basic data extraction, (via SQL) and derive preliminary insights for erroneous sorts
  • Maintenance of Optical Character Reader and SCADA terminals, network, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Diploma (IT or Engineering related fields)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting medium to enterprise backend systems for logistic related business.
  • Logical and Analytical
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for I.T networking and systems
  • Basic Data Mining and ETL skills
  • Basic programming skills, specifically data query language (FOXPRO / SQL)
  • Meticulous with details and numerically inclined
  • Organized, flexible and able to work occasionally during weekend and public holidays
  • Basic Power BI knowledge
  • Project and vendor management skills
