Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic routine check, inspection and preventive maintenance according to Schedule in order to maximize machine/system reliability.
• Update checklist and forms for documentation purpose
• Provide and respond to emergency/unscheduled repair for unplanned
• downtime
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals to perform required maintenance and service
• Use variety of mechanical tools such as welding, drill, extraction kit/mechanical puller, hoist/pulley, grinder, table saw, pipe bender, etc. in performing duties
• Authorize to top up lubricant & grease moving object such as bearing, shaft or equipment such as motor, gearbox, etc. ONLY food grade lubricant/grease registered in SAP is allowed for Production machine/equipment
• Detect or identify faulty operation, defective mechanical part and any unusual situations to proper supervision which not limited to crack, leak, etc.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair, test and make adjustments
• Housekeeping - Maintain clean and orderly work area especially after each service/repair
• Involve in new installation, commissioning, modification and improvement job as part of project
• Operate Production Batch Processing and Automation software in Maintenance mode/level plus Building Management System
• Handling mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic parts inclusive of actuators
• Carry out work in safe manner and comply with safety regulations of company as well as local authorities. These includes LOTO and other relevant permit/license before carrying out any job
• Strictly adhere and uphold company\'s Policy on Allergen, Quality & Food Safety, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Glass Hard Plastic, GMO, Ethics, as well as Health and Safety.
