Role Overview



We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and lead culinary innovation across outlets. This role balances hands-on leadership with creative development, ensuring our offerings remain distinctive, consistent, and aligned with our brand's identity.





Key Responsibilities





Kitchen Leadership & Operations



Manage and supervise overall kitchen activities to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture


Culinary Innovation



Design and develop original recipes and menus that align with brand identity and consumer trends Experiment with ingredients, flavors, and techniques to elevate taste and presentation Ensure all dishes meet strict quality, safety, and taste benchmarks


Training & Consistency



Educate and upskill culinary team on new creations and processes to uphold consistency across outlets


R&D & Feedback Integration



Gather insights from stakeholders and guests to continuously refine products Document recipe developments meticulously and share regular progress reports with management


Inventory & Sustainability



Oversee ingredient sourcing and purchasing to optimize cost-efficiency and minimize waste


Compliance & Hygiene



Enforce rigorous hygiene protocols and food safety standards Ensure compliance with health regulations and internal SOPs


Collaboration & Expansion Support



Partner with the Head of Operations to update kitchen SOPs and handbooks Contribute to the design and layout of new kitchens as the brand expands


Team Development & Miscellaneous Duties



Cultivate a nurturing environment that supports staff growth Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, preferably in multi-outlet operations Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent grasp of modern culinary techniques, food presentation, and flavour innovation Ability to manage inventory and budgets effectively Familiarity with Singapore health and safety regulations * Exceptional documentation and reporting capabilities
