At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for Primary and Secondary school students in Singapore.The English enrichment centre was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.From just 12 students and 1 branch in Lorong Ah Soo, Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 7 physical branches,1 online arm called WELearn and also offer online classes to students in Malaysia.With decades of combined teaching, curriculum and education management experience, weve got a well-seasoned team at the helm. The ideal candidate is both business-savvy and people-oriented, capable of optimizing centre performance and setting the organization up for success.Key Responsibilities:Centre Operations & Performance

  • Set up, oversee and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple centres.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., enrolment rates, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency) and implement improvements.
  • Manage centre budgeting and resource allocation to optimise profitability.
  • Set up operational procedures to drive consistency and efficiency
Student Enrolment & Admissions
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolment and retention.
  • Oversee and streamline the admissions process to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Work with Marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyse enrollment trends and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students to drive satisfaction and referrals.
  • Handle enrolment inquiries, consultations, and parent concerns with professionalism.
  • Develop customer engagement initiatives to enhance retention and word-of-mouth marketing.
Business Development & Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrolment and student retention.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Work closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor landscape to refine offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee customer engagement initiatives to improve parent satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Others
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work with HR to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies for different branches.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to centre operations, process improvements, marketing or business development.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the education sector
  • Experience taking up challenges, working to and exceeding targets
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varied tasks
  • High level communication skills - excellent written and verbal English is a must
  • Good stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt and work independently
  • Creative with ideas and strong with execution
