Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of defects, repairs & maintenance matters relating to Electrical & Electronics systems
• Plan and implementation of maintenance programme such as preventive, corrective and inspection schedule relating to Electrical & Electronics systems
• Liaison with government authorities / statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to maintenance of the premises
• Monitor, direct and ensure that all contracted / renovation work comply with specifications and statutory requirement, include and initiating actions against defaulting contractors
• Maintain a list of Electrical & Electronics equipment
• Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Electrical & Electronics services
• Conduct regular inspections of all Electrical & Electronics systems and institute remedial action including following up on outstanding works
• Preparation of estimates for repair work, work specifications, invitation for quotations, and supervision of works carried out
• Seek to improve Electrical & Electronic systems to optimize building efficiency in facilities
• Perform other related responsibilities as required by immediate superior/clients from time to time
• Manages service providers as part of the preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Develops and builds the team in order to ensure consistently high performance
• Carry out duties in accordance with EHS policy, procedures and work instructions
  

• Advanced Diploma / Degree in related Engineering fields
• At least have an experience of 2 years’ Degree or 3 years’ Diploma preferably in Facilities Management and /or Healthcare Environment
• Possesses good working attitude
• Ability to work independently with all levels
• Must be committed and a good team player
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Office etc.
