Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and implementation of operations strategies and manage the allocation of resources and execution of the day-to-day M&E operations.
- Leads a team of technical officers / technicians in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of facilities equipment such as M&E, ACMV and other system in the building.
- Handles technical issues, liaise with clients & preparation of reports/ quotation or tender documents
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or related field
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on technical experience in building services
- Strong knowledge of operational procedure on M&E services would be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
- class 3 driving license is an advantage
