Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities with architect/client;
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
Perform risk, value management and cost control;
Advise on a procurement strategy;
Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks;
Prepare and analyse costing for tenders;
Allocate work to sub-contractors;
Provide advice on contractual claims;
Analyse the outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
Value completed work and arrange payments;
Maintain awareness of the different building contract;
Understand the implication of health and safety regulations
Practical, logical mind and a methodical way of thinking;
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving;
Strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing;
Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to diverse range of people;
Negotiation and team work skills and the ability to motivate operations;
Detailed knowledge of technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters;
At least 3 years of related working experience
