Job Description
: Responsibilities: Estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents Reviewing and incorporating reliable established vendor lists Cost analysis and material quantity pickup S : Responsibilities: Estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents Reviewing and incorporating reliable established vendor lists Cost analysis and material quantity pickup Submitting tender documents and monitoring the tender process Submitting progress and variation claims to customers consultants Sourcing and obtaining quotations from Sub-contractors Suppliers Analyzing and evaluating quotations acquired Tracking, recording and submitting detailed variation claims Ensuring good communication and work attitude in project management team Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements At lease ITE Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Quantity Surveying At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in M & E QS Field Excellent communication and written skills, experience in M&E QS Field Familiar with tendering, project cost control and contract administration in M & E works
