Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the reliable and consistent delivery of global SAP IT services for the RRPS Group across the lifecycle (Plan, Transform, Run, Secure) in collaboration with the Business Center (BC) to meet RRPS business unit requirement
Identify customer needs for customized operational support, develop appropriate support models, select service providers, and transition SAP services to run support
Responsible for application management planning and administration of externally managed SAP IT services based on agreed service level agreements and KPIs
Apply and support governance and operational model for ERP/SAP applications
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a service management office or service assurance role
Strong service management experience/knowledge in implementing and managing the key ITIL frameworks
Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS and other cloud based services and offerings is highly desirable
Strong organizational and analytical skills
