Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.
Assist in review process flow quarterly and handover process.
Plan, coordinate and organize all company events & activity.
Involve in company’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
Assist in adhoc duties
Requirement
Possess at least a degree in Business or other equivalent certification
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Good time management and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, meticulous, positive attitude and independently
