1. Programme Administration, in the area of admissions processes
  • Handle and process applications to the NUS MSBA Programme in a timely manner, including:
  • Answer enquiries from interested applicants and candidates
  • Track applications and complete submission of documents to support the application
  • Coordinate with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews
  • Send offer letters for final matriculation
  • Assist to extract data for analysis and reports required by internal stakeholders
  • Assist to update and maintain information/data in Admission Systems, and prepare data for analysis


2. Supporting Academic Administration
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to maintain accurate information/data in the relevant websites
  • Assist the team with organising student registration exercise including planning and arranging of logistics, as well as communication with students and orientation programmes for new students
  • Support the Academic Officer in non-academic students matters and the implementation of programmes and curriculum
  • Update and maintain information in databases of students and teaching faculty


3. Supporting and executing student events and activities for the MSBA programme

Qualifications


  • Polytechnic Diploma Holder or University degree holder. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good business acumen and communication skills
  • Meticulous and thorough, with the ability to deliver under tight time pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, able to handle data processing

(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
