Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in smooth running of daily operations activities
2. Understand each outlet daily operations process and objectives
3. Ensure company SOP is strictly followed by all operation staff
4. Attend to customers\' enquiries and feedbacks
5. Monitor customer complaints to ensure positive satisfaction
6. Work closely with outlet manager to implement strategy to maintain/improve customer\'s rentention

Requirements

1. Diploma in Business/ Management/ Equivalent
2. Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
3. This role gives the candidate an accelerated hands on approach to experience different department in the company. Successful candidate will rotate between operations and management role before settling down in one department
