About the Role

As a Management Associate, you will be placed on an accelerated development track designed to equip you with both advisory expertise and leadership capability, preparing you to step into a management role within 3-5 years at Singapore's largest independently owned financial advisory firm.

What You Will Learn & Do

1. Master Real Advisory Skills

Learn how to understand people's goals and build tailored financial portfolios Support clients through reviews, recommendations, and long-term planning Develop credibility through hands-on portfolio and policy analysis

2. Lead From Day One

Pick up leadership frameworks used by top managers Practice coaching, communication, and influencing skills early Learn how to run meetings, guide juniors, and manage mini-projects

3. Work Directly With Senior Leaders

Get mentored by managers who have built high-performing teams Receive personalised guidance to accelerate your progress Get opportunities normally reserved for mid-level employees
