What you'll do

As our

Management Associate

, you'll be an essential part of our small, close-knit team. This 12-month programme is your springboard into the world of go-to-market strategy, marketing, and branding. Over a 12-month programme, you'll get real exposure to projects big and small as you work side by side with consultants, creatives, clients and partners. Upon successful completion, high-performing Management Associates may be considered for a permanent role.

Here is what your day-to-day could look like:

Support a portfolio of 2-4 clients and execute deliverables that solve real business challenges Assist in analysing clients' business objectives, preparing progress reports and developing strategies to achieve their goals Keep projects moving by coordinating timelines, spotting risks early, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Join cross-functional brainstorms and share your ideas, whether it's developing a marketing plan or crafting engaging content Connect with clients, listen well, communicate clearly, and always advocate for their best interests
As part of the Management Associate programme, you'll also have the chance to shape your own path as you are gradually exposed to different areas of our business.

Who you are

It would be great if you also have:

A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field Completed 2-3 internships or work experience in an in-house marketing team, agency, or other client-facing role Proficiency in creating presentations decks, writing copy, designing collaterals, and managing spreadsheets Familiarity with key business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them
