Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)


Working location: Harbourfront Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Rotate across departments to learn core business functions Get hands-on exposure to real projects and operations Work closely with managers on strategic initiatives Analyze business trends and prepare management reports Join training programs to build leadership capabilities Participate in brainstorming and decision-making sessions Collaborate with various teams to solve business problems Contribute to digital transformation and process improvements Take ownership of mini-projects with measurable impact Shadow executives and gain mentoring from leadership

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above A go-getter with leadership potential Analytical and solutions-driven mindset Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Open to learning across multiple business areas
