We're seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions. Ideal candidates for the Merchandising (Product Strategy) track should have:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: An ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and translate them into successful products.
- Drive and Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a highly ambiguous environment and tackle new challenges, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creativity and Curiosity: A knack for turning ideas into actionable strategies and a desire to explore innovative approaches.
- Educational Background: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Design, or related fields with excellent academic performance.
