The Opportunity:
EY SCALE is a 24-month management associate program designed for aspiring young talents seeking to excel in the professional services industry. This program is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. Under EY SCALE, you can look forward to:

Receive mentorship by an experienced EY professional
As a management associate, you will be assigned to a designated mentor throughout the program, who will provide guidance in your career development.
Experience diverse work through structured yet personalized rotations
We offer a total of four distinct tracks - Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon: Transformative Strategy and Transactions, and Tax - each presenting a unique program structure to cater to your career aspirations.
Your 24-month journey will commence with an 18-month core service line immersion, followed by 6-months of cross-service line exploration.
- Using market-leading advanced data analytic tools, Assurance teams look beyond the obvious to delve deeper into the underlying patterns and trends - to help provide powerful business insight to assist with defining a company's financial performance and position. You'll develop a deep understanding of the inner workings of business and draw on your accounting knowledge to help solve complex challenges. With your advice, clients will be able to make informed decisions about environmental policies, governance, fraud and more.
- In an unpredictable, uncertain business world of relentless disruption, Consulting teams help organizations solve big, complex issues and capitalize on opportunities to help provide better working outcomes that grow, optimize and protect businesses, now and in the future. You will help clients transform their businesses by helping them see new opportunities, respond to change and find smarter ways of operating. Your experiences will be wide and varied, with early responsibility to develop innovative solutions.
- teams help businesses and government bodies make big decisions on how best to raise, invest, optimize and preserve their capital. You will get involved in highly strategic projects, helping large and small companies grow, from strategy to execution. You will see first hand how important transactions are conceived, crafted
and negotiated. In the process, you will develop valuable communication and presentation skills, gaining you a reputation as a trusted business advisor by people on both sides of the transaction.
- Tax teams develop strategies for clients to help better manage their tax position in a complex, global world. By helping clients meet their obligations, the Tax teams are helping them grow their business profitably but also supporting the government and the communities in which they operate. Surrounded by talented teams and individuals, you will build your skills and knowledge to accelerate your career and become a global business advisor, capable of guiding organizations from different industries on any business issue.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• A second upper-class honors degree or equivalent in any discipline
• Less than two years of full-time work experience
• An outstanding record of involvement in co-curricular activities
• Proven leadership skills
• Demonstration of diverse interests and a strong desire for learning
