We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Associate for Food & Beverage (F&B). This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in hospitality management. you will undergo comprehensive training and development in various aspects of F&B operations, including but not limited to, customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions to learn about F&B operations, company policies, and industry standards
Rotate through different departments within the F&B division to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
Assist in ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations of the F&B outlets, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Learn and implement procedures for inventory management, stock control, and cost optimization.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to coordinate activities and maintain high-quality standards
Assist in conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall F&B operations and guest experience.
Adapt and apply feedback received from supervisors to enhance performance and professional growth.
