Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the
CEO and senior leadership team
to identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation across business functions.
Review and assess existing
business frameworks, SOPs, and workflows
, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and alignment with company objectives.
Lead or support
system enhancement projects
, including digital transformation, data management, and workflow automation initiatives.
Develop and maintain
performance dashboards, reports, and documentation
to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
Conduct
market research and internal audits
to benchmark best practices and ensure operational excellence.
Assist in the planning and execution of
strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that align with the company's growth roadmap.
Prepare
management reports, executive briefs, and strategic proposals
for leadership review and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
(Master's degree is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in
business process management, strategy, consulting, or operations
preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with
project management or workflow automation tools
(e.g., Asana, Notion, Power BI, Monday.com) is advantageous.
Highly organized, adaptable, and driven to learn from direct exposure to executive leadership and real business challenges.
