Job Description
We're looking for a driven and adaptable Management Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed to groom future leaders -- giving you hands-on exposure across different functions while equipping you with the skills, mindset, and experience to excel in a management career.
As a Management Associate, you will:
Rotate through key business functions to gain holistic exposure (e.g. client servicing, operations, sales, and strategy). Support senior leaders in executing projects and initiatives that drive business growth. Take ownership of tasks that strengthen client and stakeholder relationships. Analyse challenges, propose solutions, and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes. Learn to lead small initiatives and coordinate with different teams to achieve results.
We are looking for someone who is:
A strong communicator, confident in engaging with different stakeholders. Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient in a fast-changing environment. Organised with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through. Self-motivated with the drive to grow into a leadership role. A graduate with a degree/diploma in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
