Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in conducting cash flow analysis to support the optimisation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s liquidity \xc2\xb7 Support in liaising with banks, financial institutions, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Assist the Group CFO in monitoring and evaluating the group\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of subsidiaries \xc2\xb7 Analyse capital budgeting proposals and participate in preliminary investment discussions \xc2\xb7 Support the evaluation of M&A and fund raising opportunities, and assist in due diligence processes \xc2\xb7 Assist in the implementation of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash, and credit management \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate finance landscape \xc2\xb7 Work on special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by the Group CFO Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial audit, investment banking, or a related field \xc2\xb7 CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and investment analysis \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights \xc2\xb7 Experience in negotiating financing agreements and managing relationships with financial institutions \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modelling software) Other information: \xc2\xb7 Salary: $5,500 to $6,000 \xc2\xb7 Type: Full-Time, Permanent \xc2\xb7 Location: Ubi \xc2\xb7 Other fringe benefits Vault Personnel Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 20C0275 Tan Li Yen Registration Number: R23115268 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits:
