Job Description
- Provides management/administrative support of beauty salon daily operations/environmental
- General IT/PC knowledge to support simple basic trouble shooting task
- Identify and solve problems, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance duties (simple carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lightings etc for beauty salons operational facilities)
- Liaising / coordination with external vendors for major repair/renovation projects
- Handles all shop administration, operating and any other ad hoc projects timely, independently and professionally.
- To perform errands and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Management.
Requirements
- Min NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- Min 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably managing retail shops
- Proactive, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Service oriented mindset & willingness for multi-tasking
- Energetic, independent & self-motivated with good communication skills
- English & Mandarin speaking as need to communicate with external vendors
- Possess class 3 driving licence & able to start work immediately or at short notice
