Job Description


What the role is:

As an MSO in the Student Services department, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible to provide student support services in a variety of functional areas at ITE College West.

What you will be working on:

Your key responsibilities include:

Supporting administrative functions in student services

Verifying and processing applications for student financial assistance scheme

Liaising with students/parents on all fee-related matters

Tracking of bursaries, insurance, surveys and other student-related matters

What we are looking for:

Preferably 3 years of work experience

A team player who is able to multi-task and work independently

Drive to learn and apply new skills and ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of social media is an advantage
