Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Discover an opportunity to learn how various business operations are executed, from the ground up: from strategy, HR, policies, compliance, and much more.
- Work closely with clients to understand the different functions within their company.
- Carry out audits on clients\xe2\x80\x99 processes.
- Consult with clients to streamline processes.
- Conduct training and provide support to clients.
- Participate in the development.
- Fast-track to leadership position for high performers.
- Potential to branch out to other companies under the group.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma / Degree holder with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Versatile team player, with strong self-discipline and project management skills.
- Large capacity for learning and embracing challenges.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and able to handle parallel projects.
- Highly process driven and able to deliver work with timeliness and quality.
- Adventurous, and enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment.
- Candidates with Private Education Industry experience will be highly advantageous.
- Candidates with experience with EduTrust will be preferred.
