Description: * Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP * Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customer's requests and feedback * Deliver ser Description: Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP Manage sections and supervise the team in attending to all customer's requests and feedback Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service Assist in preparing desserts such as doing waffles and cutting fruits etc Can make coffee with latte art ( basic barista skill ), handling coffee machine Learn and be proficient in product knowledge of all items on the menu Training of new team members on Front of House duties according to SOP Manage ordering / inventory / cash / sales records Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the cafe or restaurant Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the cafe or restaurant Requirements: Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related studies, or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations / F&B Supervision / F&B Management Worked in the F&B industry for a minimum of 1 year in a cafe or restaurant Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service Willingness to work in a fast pace environment Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team
