Job Responsibilities:
- Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company\'s food or beverage operation by rotating to different positions
- Maximizing sales and profitability of outlets
- Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
- Ensure new employees are trained properly
- Follow up on the training progress of employees
- Ensure compliance in all areas, Company policies and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
