Job Description
A graduate of 4 year course. MUST be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or other similar course/s.6 months to 1 year SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL work experience in Food Industry.With at least 1 year and above experience on the same industry (FOOD INDUSTRY)Has the ability to manage a group under pressure and minimal supervision and can do multi-task under a fast paced environmentGOAL AND RESULT ORIENTED type of person.Has the INITIATIVE to check his/her area to verify if all the rules and standards implemented in the store are being followed or complied.Possesses excellent customer service orientation with excellent communication skillsExhibits strong leadership qualities. Must have the ability to lead a large number of team members.Meticulous and strict in terms of following food and store standardsHas the patience and acts of professionalism in terms of handling employee and customer concerns/complaintsWilling to relocate (if possible) and work with a flexible schedule and has the passion to work in a restaurant set-upMost importantly, exudes a happy dispositionJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
