Plan and execute new product development
Perform market research and competitive / trend analysis, and recommend strategies for new / existing products
Product evaluation of existing/new products against competition, in line with mature market development thinking
Work closely with operation and logistics team to ensure sound planning and implementation of trade activities
Manage inventory & sales targets
Provide regular qualitative/quantitative reports to management
Liaise with creative and marketing agencies on the various marketing programs.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Candidate with prior experience in FMCG / Trading industry will have an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Possess a high level of commitment and ability to multi-task
Independent and resourceful team player
