Job Description

:

You will embark on a 2-year accelerated development programme within the Hafnia\xe2\x80\x99s Finance Team, with rotations/attachments across selected departments to gain broad-based exposure and insight into the business.

The position shall be based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, a strong desire to learn and the ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams. Upon completion of the programme, the Company will assess your suitability for permanent employment within the organisation.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in ongoing and new projects with assigned mentors that will deepen your understanding of the business. After each rotation, you will share your learnings and recommend improvements to business processes to your mentors.

Rotations/projects could include, but not limited to:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Corporate Finance & Treasury
• Control, Finance Pools
• Investor Relations, Research & Performance Management
• OPEX and Bunker Controlling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Keen interest and desire to build a career in shipping & maritime industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proactive, takes initiative with good attention to detail
• Organised with good work and time management
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient in IT, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel etc
