Job Details
- Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company\'s Sales CRM system
- Manage Key Account Customers\' daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating the local and regional deliveries.
- Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team.
- Building and maintaining client relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
- Meeting sales targets: Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
- Reporting and sales tracking: Effectively make use of \xe2\x80\x9cSalesforce\xe2\x80\x9d (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders.
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.
