Job Highlights:

• Salary range $2600 - $2800 + Quarterly bonus

• 6 days per week / 9 hrs shift (include 1hr break)

• Company transport provided for night shift (Only applicable for staff who worked till closing)

• 1st round of f2f interview with HQ

• 2nd round of f2f interview with outlet manager

• There will be dress code required for supervisor & above, grooming allowance will be provided for the purchase.

Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Front and Back of the House when necessary.

• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees.

• Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Adhere and ensure that all employees comply with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines, and company\'s standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with managers to plan the work output for the organization.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively within the workplace.

• Provide support and administrative duties to senior management team as and when required.

• Identify trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered.

• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Level

• Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in the relevant industry for managerial level

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday

• Passionate in interacting with people

• Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented

• Proactive & good communication skills

• Possess leadership & managerial skills
