Working with Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards.
Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages order, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Coaching and training of new staff.
Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
Ensuring compliance with local authorities health and safety regulations.
Validating and consolidating invoices and staff claims for processing.
Will also be learning about kitchen operations.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, etc)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Good interpersonal skills
