JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assisting the daily retail operations which include customer service, inventory management, merchandising, housekeeping, POS handling, and retail administration.
  • Serving and attending to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and inquiries, ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times, replenishment of stocks, and ensure all available styles are properly displayed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage accounts following closure for expanded sales opportunities
  • Track, monitor and report sales activities using our CRM system
  • Maintain and build relationship with new and existing clients
  • Ad hoc duties
