Management Trainee Program overview:

Trainees will go through four six-month rotations across different departments to develop a holistic understanding of our key business areas in strategic planning, digital media and marketing, entertainment, programming, and journalism.

Grow your network with seasoned professionals and senior leadership through our hands-on and practical approach as you experience the various aspects of media operations. We will set the stage for trainees to acquire essential leadership skills and functional competencies through personalised mentorship, leadership programs and projects participation to address real-world challenges.

Selection process:

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a structured selection process which may include a combination of video and in-person interviews, individual and group exercises, psychometric assessments and onsite assessment centre.
