You will be responsible for:

• Working with Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards.
• Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages order, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
• Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Coaching and training of service crew.
• Providing a two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on teamwork and motivation.
• Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
• Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 health and safety regulations.
• Managing Instagram posts to publicizing company promotions
• Validating and consolidating invoices and staff claims for processing
• Learning of Kitchen operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Good communication skills
