Since inception in Aug 2019, WEBUY has become one of the fastest growing start-ups in Singapore. Currently WEBUY has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia

• Supply Chain/Sales: Source and liaise with various suppliers to purchase suitable products for the platform, catering to the demands and trends.
• Group Leader Management: Manage group leaders (hosts) and provide answers to enquiries, maintain database of the group leaders, arrange events for hosts.
• Marketing: Perform research and formulate marketing campaigns, handle social media advertising, create marketing collaterals and materials.
• Operations: Inventory and order management
• Customer Service: Handle all customers enquiries and liaise with various departments to
• ensure full customer satisfaction and resolution
• E-commerce tech training: Learn how to operate the backend platform and contribute feedback on improvements.
• May be tasked to work on ad-hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Diploma in any field, preferably Business Management related.
• Eager and hungry to learn.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively bilingual.
• Passionate, energetic and a team player.
