Responsibilities:

• Work alongside experienced managers to learn about all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, customer service, and staff management.
• Participate in hands-on training in various departments, such as kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and bar.
• Assist in menu planning, pricing, and development.
• Help with scheduling, training, and supervising staff, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards, and provide feedback to the team as needed.
