We are looking for

Management Trainees (Marketing Operations)

to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

During your traineeship, you'll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You'll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company's functions and operations and you'll support our Management team with daily tasks. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The 1-year rotational program gives you exposure to various roles within the operations/facilities you are assigned Learn about the various areas of Operations within the industry Possibility of being hired permanently in a supervisory/managerial position (for excellent performers). Specialization Options after 1 year: (Operations Management in Beauty; Operations Management in F&B; Operations Management in Project and Marketing) Hands-on leadership training and a path to a successful career at Initia! THE JOB:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Support content creation, scheduling, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals Assist in managing social media accounts, customer engagement, and community-building efforts Participate in events, promotions, and partnership activities to strengthen brand presence Learn and apply marketing tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to marketing initiatives Engage in training programs to build leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn. Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
